Customer consultative committee

The Customer Consultative Committee (CCC) focuses on strategic regulatory and advocacy planning. It guides decision making across our business, so we are:

  • Responsive to evolving behaviour, needs and expectations on prince products and services.
  • Informed by externally challenged, tested assumptions about our customer preferences and views. 
  • Considerate of things that impact our customers, especially customers in vulnerable circumstances
